Does it work with Android?

No. These trackers use the iPhone's built-in Find My app, so they only work with iPhone and iPad (iOS 14.5 or newer).

Is there a monthly fee or subscription?

No. You pay once. There are no subscriptions or extra apps.

How does the tracking work?

Your tracker is detected by nearby Apple devices and its location is shown in the Find My app on your iPhone. When you're close by, tap "Play Sound" to make it beep.

What can I track with it?

Anything you can attach it to or slip it into: keys, wallets, handbags, backpacks, school and gym bags, suitcases, laptop bags and camera bags.

How long does the battery last?

Several months with normal use. It uses a standard replaceable coin-cell battery, available at most supermarkets and pharmacies.

How long does delivery take?

We ship every order with Aramex Store-to-Door. Orders are delivered in 7-14 business days nationwide, and you get an Aramex tracking number by email. Delivery is FREE on orders of R1000 or more, and a flat R99 on smaller orders.

Can I return it?

Yes. If you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return. See our Refund Policy for details.
